
My family loves these energy balls and the fact that they are easy to make with a few simple ingredients I always seem to have in my pantry makes me super happy!

2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 1/4 c. oats
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. Roll into round balls and store covered in the fridge put to 5 days (mine have never lasted that long!). Enjoy!
TIP: If they are hard to shape, refrigerate for 20-30 minutes and then they should roll easier!
