My family loves Chex Mix, like really loves it! Today I’m sharing my take on this traditional recipe that has bold flavors and taste amazing! I also love that this recipe is gluten-free!

- 4 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup cocktail peanuts
- 1 cup mini pretzels (I use GF Snyders)
- 11 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 Tbsp worcestershire sauce (I use Lea and Perrin’s because it’s GF)
- 3 tsp. seasoned salt (I use Lawry’s)
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Melt butter in the microwave. Stir in worcestershire sauce, season salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. In a large bowl combine cereal, peanuts, and pretzels, and then stir in the butter/seasoning mixture. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 1 hour- stirring every 15 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to cool before storing in an airtight container. Enjoy!
I hope you are your family enjoy this yummy treat as much as mine does! Have a wonderful rest of your day!
Until next time,
