I have seen this viral dessert everywhere so I had to give it a try! It’s super easy to make and is good with or without icing! Adding a little cinnamon on nutmeg would be a great touch too!
Spice Cake Mix
Pumpkin Puree
2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8×10 or 2 8-inch square pans. Mix cake mix, eggs, and pumpkin puree with mixer until blended. Pour evenly into the baking pan and bake for 30 min. Allow the cake to cool completely before icing. (This cake can be served with a dusting of powdered sugar, or iced with frosting if you prefer. I used vanilla frosting, but cream cheese frosting would be amazing on this too! Enjoy.
